From start to finish, my hair restoration experience with Alvi Armani was absolutely first-rate and completely wonderful. I had a hair transplant of 3500+ follicles with Dr. Michael Hughes. The experience went very well and I was pampered and treated like a star throughout the procedure. Dr. Hughes is a kind, affable guy who is easy to like, and his staff there is very well experienced and well trained...and it showed. These guys are hard-working and earnest and are not afraid to put in the work, spending hours carefully placing many follicles. The procedure started on time and was surprisingly not very painful. On day 1 and 2 I've had very little pain or swelling and the follicles appear to be thriving in their new locations.



The pre-surgical instruction and information were good. Johnathan Bruce was my handler throughout the procedure and was a fountain of useful information. The post-care products were plentiful and impressive as well. The procedure included a blood plasma extraction (made from your blood) that you spray on the new follicles to make them happy in their new environments. They were also generous with all the temporary medications to help with healing and pain. And there are a variety of shampoos and creams to help with the healing process.

I highly recommend that you consider Alviarmani for your future hair transplant. Dr. Hughes is a real rock star, and his staff is professional, top-notch, and worth every penny.

Dr. Barton's accuracy in this FUE procedure is amazing. Hair follicles can grow multiple hairs, and my understanding is that while those are great for density, targeting and transplanting them can be tricky. In my procedure, around 90% of my transplanted grafts were either double-hair or even triple-hair follicles. If you look at my "before" picture, you'll understand that every single hair is precious to me. Having a surgeon with excellent accuracy and precision is critical to getting as much as you can from your procedure, and Dr. Barton's skills are literally world-class.

My "after" picture is about six months post-op. Having a defined hairline again is such a great feeling. During planning, Dr. Barton painstakingly crafts and revises a hairline to complement your specific features and make sure you are both happy with it. You can tell that this isn't just a medical procedure to him; it is an art, and he pays great attention to detail.
